Developing cell designs and providing BOMs for samples, change requests, and sample histories etc. Conducting process gap analyses and required technical validations. Identifying and assessing cost-optimization measures. Evaluating impacts of design, process, and cost changes on cell properties. Serving as liaison to Purchasing, Value Engineering, and Operations. Steering feasibility studies for producibility, KPIs, and product impact. Developing technical KPIs / specs for intermediate products. Supporting P- & D-FMEA. Deriving schedules and timelines for development projects in early phases. Identifying trade-offs / risks and deriving countermeasures.
