Fully responsible for the sales, new project, developing & SOP project management of the assigned account/product line.
To develop new customer and manage it. To visit/meet with customer frequently to build the partner relationship and collect the business intelligences, including but not limited on project background, competition, customer sourcing strategy, O-chart and customer planning, etc. To prepare the background PPT&PS and implement CQI process. To coordinate engineering, purchasing, financial and plant to organize/review the inputs of Business Case. Prepare the price strategy with the guidance of management to make sure the best price approval and business win. Quotation documentation preparation in line with company red lines and implement the price and commercial contract negotiation. To participate the necessary regular project meeting, and work with the cross functional team to prepare the related meeting files as well. To coordinate TC and ZF plants to resolve the delivery/quality/EC issues during the project development and delivery. Onsite support for the customer event/meetings. To update and maintain the annual sales plan together with the team. To prepare the annual GB negotiation materials and negotiate with customer. To support plants to track/push/monitor the monthly payment. To arrange the customer visit and related meeting. To handle the temporary tasks.
