关于这个职位
该职位主要负责协助经理管理媒体计划和营销活动执行，与创意机构合作开发宣传内容，并维护官网及社交媒体平台以提升用户参与度
同时，需要准备各类广告宣传材料，监控活动效果，并参与从概念到落地的各类线上线下活动策划与执行，旨在提升品牌价值和客户忠诚度
最低要求
Minimum 3 years of solid experience in communications and event marketing.
Proven experience in advertising and event organization.
Self-motivated, creative, detail-oriented and well-organized.
Strong logical thinking and excellent communication skills.
A proactive team player who is eager to learn and thrives under pressure.
Proficient in both English and Chinese.
工作职责
Assist the manager in managing media plans and campaign execution.
Collaborate with creative agencies and production houses to develop compelling content (Both images and videos) that align with promotional campaigns.
Maintain the official website and social media platforms to grow follower engagement and reach.
Prepare promotional materials for advertising, including but not limited to online ads, print ads, and influencer (KOL) collaborations.
Work with copywriters to develop direct marketing content such as DM, eDM, and SMS.
Monitor campaign performance and collaborate with the CRM team to identify target customer attributes and behaviours.
Manage in-store communication materials aligned with promotional plans, such as standees, lightboxes, flyers, and signage.
Assist in planning and executing events from concept to completion, including showroom activations and large-scale off-site events (e.g., car shows in shopping malls). Proactively propose event ideas that deliver unique and engaging customer experiences to enhance brand value and recall.
Initiate CRM events in partnership with the CRM team to foster customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases.
Work with the team leader to engage industry leaders and associations for joint promotions or co-branded events, aiming to attract new customer segments and build long-term strategic partnerships.
优先资格
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
