● Influencer/KOL Partnerships: Take full ownership of the influencer marketing lifecycle—identifying, reaching out to, and negotiating with e-commerce KOLs. You will lead everything from content direction to conversion tracking.
● Growth Strategy & Feedback: Analyze performance data to decide which channels to scale and which to pivot. Act as the "eyes and ears" on the front line, translating market signals into actionable insights for the product team to refine features and market fit.
