o Education · Study background in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or in a related field. o Experience · Graduates with automotive background and later at least 3-5 years’ work experience at OEMs or suppliers. · Experience with functional safety in Drive Systems · Familiar with functional safety standards ISO 26262, and possesses multiple project experiences compliant with ISO 26262 · Fluent English language skills, German language beneficial · Familiar with automotive system architectures, safety lifecycle, and hazard analysis · Computer skills: Microsoft Office, safety analysis software, and requirements management tools · Analytic and systematic thinking · Self-responsible working attitude and initiative · Intercultural competence and communication skills with various hierarchy levels. · Willingness to travel inside China and abroad for training and testing trips · Driver license for passenger cars, preferable with at least 3 years’ driving experience.
