Ensure the achievement of the entire RD project goals, as documentation, HW & SW availability, documentation maturity, parts maturity, timeline; Coordinate all RD- and OV-related activities for Mercedes-Benz passenger cars on New Projects incl. MOPF and Model Years; Lead as Project Lead Development (PLE) all required development activities according MDS incl. the lead vehicle of a new platform; Safeguard relevant project milestones in terms of maturity, costs and time; Steer and lead the communication and coordination of tasks between the responsible commodity group leaders, module group speakers, digital integration, vehicle functions, and cross-function groups, according to the standard project organization (SPO); Communicate with Project Management (SPL) and other project sub-leaders (e.g. PP, MP, Cost Planning, BBAC RD/QM/LOG/Production, BMBS, etc.), in China, Germany and India.
Master’s degree is preferred; German language skills very beneficial.
