工作职责

## 职责期望

此角色的期望是开发和增长来自国际企业客户(涵盖跨国公司、中国大型企业和非银行金融机构)的全球交易银行(贸易服务、供应链融资、支付和现金管理)收入,这与银行的整体战略一致
主要职责包括但不限于:
为涵盖香港和全球的跨国公司、本地企业和NBFI的多元化客户组合进行交易银行销售活动
为这一客户组合开发香港的入境交易银行业务,同时担任选定客户的全球销售经理,识别银行全球足迹中的出境销售机会
通过建立稳定且具有竞争力的存款基础来推动业务发展
确保具有运营流的现金管理授权
结合GTB业务收购提供短期营运资金便利
并提供有资金和无资金的贸易融资解决方案
持续实现管理层设定的年度财务目标
通过获取新银行客户并在现有客户组合中深化钱包份额来扩大客户群
对客户组合的整体交易银行关系承担端到端责任,包括识别新的销售机会(在岸和离岸)、管理管道、制定全球账户计划、监督客户服务和实施等
与不同资历级别的客户联系人建立牢固的关系,并为国内和国际交易银行需求提供咨询和市场情报
对财务和非财务KPI、客户关系管理、客户满意度以及与内部利益相关者的有效协作负责
以良好的销售纪律主动推动业务发展,独立管理销售组合,并展示对不断变化的业务环境的适应能力
