This role supports the Supply Planning group by improving business processes, developing metrics, and collaborating with IT to implement integrated solutions. Develop and recommend new or improved business processes, policies, and system solutions
Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement and identify indicators for future improvement opportunities
Write functional specifications capturing business requirements
Document user desktop procedures
Lead end-user training
Secure user support for new processes and provide process and systems training
Lead status meetings, process development workshops, training sessions, and project teams
Facilitate communication between the user community and project teams

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Process implementation experience is a strong plus
Experience in the semiconductor industry
Experience with large-scale merger and integration projects
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, data and process flows, within fabless and contract manufacturing environments
In-depth understanding of semiconductor supply chain operations
Strong partnership skills
Experience with reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, and QlikView
APICS or similar supply chain certification
Experience with planning applications such as Kinaxis Maestro/RapidResponse and Coupa/Llamasoft Supply Chain
Experience in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) and Agile ways of working
Experience with linear programming or optimization
