Support Category Performance Management ◆ Support Category Manager as the business owner , assisting in driving category growth and achieving volume/project targets. ◆ Assist in initiating and managing category calendar on NPD and promotion to meet business targets. ◆ Support comprehensive business analysis to assess business situation with clear recommendations for implementation, contributing to strategic plans development. ◆ Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new product launch success with business objectives achieved. ◆ Work with campaign team to ensure communication campaigns are well aligned internally and implemented with excellence. ◆ Monitor business performance and assist in proposing additional action plans when business performance deviates from expectations. ◆ Support assortment planning, product brief development, pricing strategy, and order grid preparation to product launch.
