Developing and implementing innovative, company-wide Total Rewards strategies that strengthen Canva’s ability to attract and retain top talent globally

Leading high-impact projects such as job architecture evolution, M&A integrations, or expansion into new markets and talent hubs
Partnering with senior leaders to provide strategic compensation insights that inform critical business decisions
Using market data and forward-looking analysis to identify emerging trends and shape future-ready reward strategies
Preparing executive-level and board-ready content on Total Rewards matters
Mentoring and uplifting capability within the Reward function
