This role is a Director position at Deloitte's Enterprise Technology & Performance practice in Hong Kong, focusing on SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will lead client engagements, drive business transformation, and manage teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Ideal for experienced SAP consultants with strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
最低要求
Bachelor’s degree or above
+ years' experience in SAP implementation project (preferable S/4HANA experience), at least with two End-to-end S/4HANA Implementations in leadership role.
ECC to S/4HANA migration (Greenfield, Brownfield or Hybrid experience will be a bonus.
Extensive experience in either FI/CO, SD, MM and integrating these areas of the business systems.
Demonstrate thought leadership to act as an expert in the industry and share your expertise with clients
Strong leadership also with analytical and problem solving skills with high commitment to quality client service
Good hands-on business process consultation, communication skills, self-initiation, good team player and willingness to work under pressure
Excellent command of spoken and written English/ Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin)

Leverage deep expertise in a particular package solution to make recommendations that enable client’s strategic agenda
Advise and deliver on each facet of the package at each stage of the implementation cycle
Comprehend technology solutions implementation lifecycle and advise client accordingly
Plan and execute a project to deliver a superior client experience
Comprehend how the client’s business works and keep up-to-date on industry/sector trends and leading practices
Identify and solve problems objectively using analysis, experience and judgment
Identify and transform opportunities into solutions that drive business value for our clients
Incorporate financial information when evaluating business opportunities and making recommendations
Develop relationships, establish credibility with and instil confidence in clients
Leverage cross-geography insights and practitioners to enhance client service delivery
Articulate how technology enables and differentiates the business and communicate this effectively to clients
Lead client workshops to uncover business needs and translate these into detailed requirements
Build and develop trusted client, internal and partner relationships
Understands key objectives for clients and Deloitte, aligns people to objectives and sets priorities and direction
Influences clients, teams, and individuals positively, leading by example and establishing confident relationships with increasingly senior people
Delivers exceptional client service; maximizes results and drives high performance from people while fostering collaboration across businesses and borders
Develops high-performing people and teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities
