这是一个面向菲律宾市场的传播经理职位,你将负责领导以社交媒体为核心的传播策略

你的核心工作是设计并执行能在短视频、创作者生态、社区页面等社交平台引发共鸣的品牌故事,以强化Grab作为领先超级应用的形象,同时让品牌更具人性化、文化相关性和可信度
你需要管理一个由媒体、创作者和社区意见领袖组成的倡导者生态系统,并负责从内容创作到危机管理的全链路传播工作

最低要求

学士学位

年以上传播/公关领域工作经验
具备以社交媒体为核心的叙事能力(短视频、创作者放大效应、线上优先媒体、社区动态)
清楚了解各平台的内容运作机制及原因
拥有构建具有明确受众收获、证据点和可重复信息的品牌故事的可靠记录
习惯于在阐述时追求具体性、证据和清晰度——尤其是在处理危机时
能够以网络化思维(而非仅仅是发布渠道)思考,设计易于分享、拼接、引用和转发的传播内容
能够在保证质量和准确性的前提下快速行动
具备清晰的编辑判断力,能够将复杂话题转化为清晰、原生且引人入胜的叙事,适用于社交平台和新闻编辑室
熟悉内容制作流程:指导拍摄、向设计师/编辑下达简报、审阅剪辑、快速优化素材
深刻理解菲律宾数字环境:平台用户行为、创作者生态系统、热点/新闻周期、声誉风险模式
在压力下能保持冷静和纪律性
能够在高风险和信息不完整的情况下做出决策
高度协作,能够在动态、高增长的环境中独立设计、领导和启动项目

工作职责

制定并执行与业务重点一致、以社交为先的传播计划,需包含清晰的叙事、受众和分发计划

主动识别能在社交媒体上传播的故事角度:人文故事、合作伙伴的成功案例、解释性内容、"证据"和相关文化切入点
建立并管理一个倡导者生态系统(媒体、创作者、社区管理员、议题专家),以负责任的方式放大Grab的叙事
创建和/或指导多格式内容的生产:短视频片段、访谈视频、引述图卡、解释性图文、常见问题解答、话题串、声明素材和发言人适用的简短发言
与市场营销和社交媒体团队紧密合作,确保公关内容符合平台原生特性、符合品牌调性,并在覆盖范围、观看时长和可分享性方面进行优化
以数字优先的危机处理方式(速度、准确性、证据和清晰的信息架构)预测、管理和应对各类议题
为领导者提供社交优先的曝光建议和准备:信息纪律、镜头准备和一致的观点
管理代理合作伙伴,在预算内交付快速周转、高质量的输出成果(内容、自然报道、创作者协调)
超越数量追踪绩效:声量份额、情感分析、叙事渗透率、互动质量和"可转发性",并利用洞察快速迭代
