这是一个在菲律宾帕西格市的传播经理职位,隶属于Grab公司的市场营销、传播与公共政策团队

你将负责领导以社交媒体为核心的传播策略,通过短视频、创作者生态、社区页面等渠道,塑造品牌叙事,建立信任并扩大影响力
核心工作包括策划并执行传播项目、管理意见领袖网络、制作多格式内容,并与营销团队紧密合作,确保内容符合平台特性并优化传播效果

最低要求

学士学位

年以上传播/公关领域工作经验
具备以社交媒体为核心的叙事能力(短视频、创作者放大效应、线上优先媒体、社区动态)
清楚了解各平台的内容运作机制及原因
拥有构建具有明确受众收获、证据点和可重复信息的成功故事的记录
习惯于具体、证据和清晰——尤其是在处理危机时
能够从网络(而不仅仅是发布位置)角度清晰思考
设计的内容应易于分享、拼接、引用和转发
能够快速行动,同时不牺牲质量或准确性
具备清晰的编辑判断力,能够将复杂话题转化为清晰、原生且引人入胜的叙事,适用于社交媒体和新闻编辑室
熟悉内容制作:指导拍摄、向设计师/编辑人员下达简报、审阅剪辑、快速改进素材
深刻理解菲律宾数字环境:平台行为、创作者生态系统、热点/新闻周期、声誉风险模式
在压力下保持冷静和自律
能够在高风险和信息不完整的情况下做出决策
高度协作,能够在动态、高增长的环境中独立设计、领导和启动项目

工作职责

制定并执行业务优先事项一致的、以社交媒体为核心的传播计划,包含清晰的叙事、受众和分发计划

主动识别在社交媒体上易于传播的故事角度:人文故事、合作伙伴成功案例、解释说明、"证据"和相关文化切入点
建立并管理一个能够负责任地放大Grab叙事的倡导者生态系统(媒体、创作者、社区管理员、议题专家)
创建和/或指导多格式内容制作:短视频片段、访谈视频、引述图卡、解释说明、常见问题解答、主题串、声明素材和发言人准备好的简短发言
与营销和社交媒体团队紧密合作,确保公关内容符合平台原生特性、符合品牌定位,并针对覆盖范围、观看时间和可分享性进行优化
以数字优先的危机处理方法(速度、准确性、证据和清晰的信息架构)预测、管理和应对问题
为领导者提供建议并帮助他们为以社交媒体为核心的曝光做好准备:信息纪律、镜头准备度和一致的观点
管理代理合作伙伴,在预算内交付快速周转、高质量的输出(内容、获得的媒体报道、创作者协调)
超越数量追踪绩效:声量份额、情感倾向、叙事渗透率、互动质量和"可转发性",利用洞察快速迭代
