As a Seller Service Specialist at Coupang Taiwan, you will manage escalated seller compensation cases and optimize processes to enhance seller experience. You'll analyze data, improve workflows, and ensure consistent support for Rocket Delivery and Rocket Oversea services, playing a key role in Coupang's Taiwan expansion.

最低要求

Bachelor's degree preferred

+ years of experience in Seller Support, Customer Operations or related field
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Good verbal and written communication to convey complex information clearly
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint; SQL knowledge is a plus
Experience with Zendesk, Jira or similar ticketing systems is highly preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good English skills; Korean language ability is a plus

工作职责

Track and handle unresolved Coupang confirmation request compensation cases, provide guidance for Tier 1 unresolved cases, and respond instantly to seller compensation inquiries.

Establish and execute efficient compensation application processing workflows in compliance with company policies.
Optimize escalation processes to improve overall seller experience and satisfaction.
Propose and implement policy suggestions to optimize seller management and improve operational efficiency.
Analyze data and performance metrics to identify operational improvement opportunities and streamline workflows.

优先资格

Experience with Zendesk, Jira or similar ticketing systems is highly preferred

Korean language ability is a plus
