作为招聘协调员,您将加入澳蒂华的招聘团队,负责管理高交易量招聘流程的全周期协调工作

您的主要职责是优化候选人管理流程,确保招聘管道的高效与清洁,并为候选人提供一流的面试体验

最低要求

拥有人力资源、商业或相关领域的学士学位或同等经验

具备1年以上在日程安排、协调、招聘、人力资源、物流或其他相关/可转移领域的经验
具备较强的组织能力、分析能力、注重细节并能够跟进到底
能够在快节奏环境中茁壮成长,具备多任务处理能力
积极主动,有强烈的产生影响和优化流程的意愿
具备出色的口头和书面沟通及人际交往能力
拥有在美国工作的合法授权(公司不为此职位提供工作签证担保)
位于芝加哥或愿意为现场工作搬迁

工作职责

作为招聘和招聘团队的运营合作伙伴,管理全周期、高交易量的协调工作(包括安排面试、处理评估、维护和审核招聘管道、主持面试和候选人参观),并执行其他招聘策略

负责ATS(Greenhouse)中候选人数据的准确性和流程,作为优化流程、确保管道清洁高效并推动运营卓越性的专家
从头到尾负责候选人体验,在面试过程中与候选人密切合作,提供顶级的体验
形成观点并与他人合作,识别并实施优化和扩展招聘流程的机会,并记录变更
通过应对挑战、推动项目进展、及时更新信息以及与同事合作,支持一系列临时性的招聘和人事团队项目

优先资格

熟悉Greenhouse等申请人跟踪系统(ATS)及其他招聘技术者优先

精通Microsoft Office套件,特别是Excel和Outlook
