这是一个专注于为澳蒂华(Optiver)的业务运营、支持与控制(BOSC)部门招聘人才的招聘专员职位

你将负责从寻访到录用的端到端招聘流程,覆盖财务、风险、合规、法务、人力资源、采购、设施、市场营销等多个职能领域
该职位要求你具备强大的寻访能力,能够同时管理多个招聘项目,并在快节奏的环境中与招聘经理及高级利益相关者紧密合作,确保高质量的招聘成果和优秀的候选人体验

最低要求

拥有学士或硕士学位

具备3年以上企业内部招聘经验
拥有强大的寻访能力和积极主动接触被动人才的方法
能够自如地管理范围、职级差异显著的多个招聘项目,并能快速切换工作重点而不失动力
具备优秀的英语书面和口头沟通能力
务实、有条理、以结果为导向,高度关注质量和候选人体验

工作职责

负责BOSC职位的端到端招聘生命周期,从寻访到录用

积极主动地识别、接触并转化来自广泛职能、职级和职位类型的人才
建立并维护前瞻性的人才库,以支持当前和未来的招聘需求
同时管理多个招聘项目,根据业务需求的变化调整优先级
与招聘经理和高级利益相关者紧密合作,定义职位要求、校准人才画像并制定招聘策略
利用招聘数据和市场洞察为决策提供信息,并就职位范围、职级和招聘方法向招聘经理提供建议
与外部机构合作,针对小众或难以填补的职位进行寻访,包括在需要时进行任务简报、入职和谈判条款
管理与外部机构的持续关系,确保质量、一致性和有效交付
提供高质量且一致的候选人体验,成为澳蒂华的优秀代表
与内部团队合作,持续改进招聘流程、寻访方法和工作方式
尝试新的寻访方法、工具和技术,以提高覆盖范围和效率

拥有为业务运营、支持或控制职能招聘的经验者优先

  • Within the recruitment function, you can progress to senior recruiter roles, recruitment team lead, or specialize in talent acquisition strategy or employer branding.
