Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems. Be familiar and comfortable communicating across various levels of a customer organisation. Demonstrate proficient computer skills and be familiar with MS Office. Have the ability to work outside during difficult seasonal weather conditions as required. Hold a full UK/International driving licence.
Management and oversight of all aspects of Process, Water and Fuel Additive chemical applications within the service contract scope of works to ensure successful delivery to our customer. Providing on-site technical guidance and support for production operations, process engineering, commercial and operational queries. Monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing of chemical treatment programs, providing support to the production operations group. Preparing technical and commercial reviews and proposals of new chemical solutions to share with our customers. Prospecting for new business support applications and scope expansion in the area of responsibility. Organizing routine production chemical reviews and selection activities to verify changing customer needs. Primary account level financial activities – billing, collections and invoicing, working with business operations support functions to align internal processes with customer output processes. Implementing accurate forecast projections for chemicals, service and equipment aligned to the revenue plans for the assigned customer, engagement with regional integrated supply chain teams to ensure on-time delivery and materials availability. Assisting with receipt and processing of orders, also facilitating resolution of inquiries and customer concerns related to the order and delivery process. Engaging with PL to understand and deliver new technology solutions and/or handling special project(s) as assigned. Maintaining internal compliance and the highest HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment.
Previous account management / site leadership experience considered advantageous.
