Identifying, qualifying, and progressing new mining opportunities, including early-stage customer engagement and market development.
Translating customer challenges, market trends, and competitive intelligence into compelling value propositions and differentiated offerings.
Supporting pricing, tendering, and commercial risk assessment to maximize win probability, margin, and long-term value creation.
Shaping integrated, execution-ready solutions by coordinating inputs from engineering, digital, operations, lifecycle services, and supply chain teams.
Acting as executive sponsor for key mining pursuits, ensuring strong customer alignment and clear articulation of value.
Building and maintaining senior-level, trust-based relationships with mining customers, partners, and technology collaborators.
Promoting standardization, reuse, and best-practice adoption across mining solution concepts to enable scalable growth.
Capturing feedback from customer engagements and pursuits to continuously refine value propositions and commercial approaches.
Representing Baker Hughes at industry events, customer forums, and professional societies to strengthen market presence and credibility.
