This role supports FP&A operations for digital products and services at Baker Hughes, focusing on SaaS financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking. You will partner with project and service managers to drive financial discipline and profitability.
最低要求
Have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college. Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital/Software/SaaS Solution business environment. Have driving analysis of SaaS financial performance, including ARR, MRR, churn, retention, net dollar retention, and customer lifetime value. Have an accurate application of ASC 606 for SaaS and multi‑element digital contracts. Providing financial business cases for new digital features, product enhancements, and cloud migration initiatives. Have been developing and maintaining SaaS KPIs and dashboards. Supporting end‑to‑end subscription processes. Provide financial oversight of software-related costs. Demonstrate English proficiency. Have strong oral and written communication skills. Bring strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities. Have demonstrated the ability to analyze and resolve complex problems. Have proven experience partnering with Operations, Commercial, Support Functions, and Finance teams. Be able to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Bring established project management skills.
