Lead a global team of Commercial Managers to deliver high-quality techno-commercial proposals for ICL product line, collaborating with sales, engineering, and support functions to develop strategies that meet customer needs and business goals. This role involves driving commercial growth, supporting strategic negotiations, and developing team capabilities.

最低要求

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Preferably Engineering).

Have a significative experience in managing Commercial Operations / Sales.
Have strong oral and written communication skills.
Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects and Teams.
Ability to bring an unbiased and innovative perspective, challenge the status quo.
Capability to coach and grow talents.
Knowledge of commercial/legal aspects in contractual terms and conditions.
Knowledge of current IET GTE ITO processes and tools.
Be able to travel for business needs.

Lead a global team of Commercial Managers accountable to deliver techno/commercial proposals with the right level of quality, responsiveness, and competitiveness.

Partner with the Global Sales Leader and the Application Engineering Leader to develop commercial strategies and solutions.
Accelerate ICL growth and develop regional commercial strategies.
Support negotiation with customers for strategic deals; drive competitive pricing.
Provide leadership and guidance during the deal review process.
Responsible for the development of the team members and lead talent strategy.
Manages complex long term sales processes.
Handles important business unit clients and big markets.
