Participating in pre-job briefing and ensure familiarization with the work scope. Ensuring that all subordinates are fully briefed on the work scope, their duties, the risks and HSE procedures. Assisting with preparation of equipment in Baker Hughes Welshpool facility as required. Ensuring timely execution of orders, instructions and directions from the Operations Manager. Ensuring that the daily maintenance of equipment is carried out and ensure the equipment is ready for a job at all times. Maintaining effective communication with the client representative and the Operations Manager. Preparing all required field paperwork, including daily reports and timesheets. Contributing to the process of continuous training and qualification improvement of employees within the department.
