该职位是雅培公司东南亚及EMAK区域的业务支持专员

您将作为区域团队的关键支持角色,主要负责协调市场营销活动、处理销售数据报告、管理供应商及采购流程,并为区域内的行政和财务事务提供支持
这是一个需要良好沟通能力和多任务处理能力的综合性支持岗位

工作职责

主要职责:

[40%] 市场职责
协助销售团队协调市场活动、物流及医疗专业人士的差旅安排
协助市场经理协调市场项目,包括本地及区域产品发布,并寻找合适的宣传品
根据雅培品牌指南创建市场宣传材料设计(传单、议程)
作为国家与区域办公室之间所有市场宣传材料需求(如文献、目录、产品手册)的主要联系人
管理A&P流程:与亚太市场部、当地国家法规事务部协作,完成Veeva系统对市场材料的审批
合规:为区域活动完成ACAS活动路由审批
参与市场预算周期
[40%] 销售职责
与PowerBI团队协作,维护东南亚报告/仪表板
为除泰国外的所有东南亚国家创建采购订单和处理付款
供应商管理:为除泰国外的所有东南亚国家处理从创建到付款的全流程
维护分销商的销售出库/库存报告,并更新卫生部报告
与法务团队协作,支持销售团队完成越南、印度尼西亚、菲律宾、柬埔寨、缅甸的合同续签
根据国家经理的要求进行临时分析
根据新加坡销售经理的要求,为新加坡团队提供临时支持(如基础工作、SI库存包装)

整合并发送EMAK月度HC报告
根据需要,为EMAK市场和财务部门提供整合、演示文稿准备方面的支持
