最低要求

工作职责
负责在客户现场对LBS设备进行维修、安装和及时维护
根据需求为客户提供全面的技术支持
在客户现场、服务车间、展会或销售演示中,提供仪器安装、维护、改装、维修、检查和培训活动
全面负责所在区域的客户,并秉持紧迫感,确保客户需求得到及时响应,并强调“首次修复”
为客户提供培训,并验证系统的操作性能和数据质量,为团队整体成功做出贡献
远程监控客户仪器、参数和流程(如适用),以支持服务规划和执行
运用批判性思维,在既定程序和实践范围内解决问题,以确定快速修复仪器相关问题的适当行动
为区域内合同和保修客户制定并遵循预防性维护计划
在规定时间框架和既定绩效标准内,完成客户现场分配的预防性维护任务
