Schedules and performs routine field service work such as installation and maintenance on assigned territory.
Performs routine customer call, visit and implement repair to make sure the instrument works well.
The position also responsible for installation and alignment of demo units to the selected potential buyers on their sites to guarantee the high quality of the demo.
Communicates any product malfunction issues to the appropriate associates, and do the right trouble shooting either independently or via instruction by supervisor.
Interfaces and works closely with territory sales personnel and Field Applications Specialist to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction.
Based in Beijing, available to travel in certain frequency when required.
