工作职责：
Testing / 测试：
⚫ Learning test standard and performing test . The main work is that setting up test jig , preparing and checking test samples, connecting sensors, operating equipment , recording test data, replacing samples and so on . 了解相关技术标准和试验方法，按要求进行试验，工作内容主要包括搭建台架、准备试验样品、布置和连接传感器、操作试验设备、试验过程检查、记录数据、样件更换、故障的处理和交接班工作日志等
⚫ Learning and mastering the use of test equipment, instruments and tools . 学习并掌握设备、仪器和工具的使用方法，节约使用试验消耗品及备件
⚫ Learning and mastering the structure & principle of EV and principle & hazard sources of battery , prevent fire and deal with emergency . 学习并掌握电动汽车的结构和原理，学习电池原理和危险源，预防火灾和处理紧急事故
⚫ Learning and implement laboratory management system . 学习和掌握试验室管理体系，包括质量、安全和设备等，并按此执行
⚫ Maintain safety and 5S management on test site. 配合维护试验现场的安全和5S管理
⚫ Ensure the impartiality and confidentiality. 根据公司规定，保护客户试验信息，保证试验的公正性和保密性
⚫ Finish the work arrange by leader and test engineer. 完成领导交办的其他工作
Test sample management / 样品管理：
⚫ Establishing and update sample management list . 样品台账建立与维护
⚫ Assist in receiving , transport, checking and storing test sample. 协助试验样品的接收/运输/登记/检查/流转/保管/储存/识别全过程管理
Equipment / 设备管理：
⚫ Comply with the operation procedure and safety specification of the equipment, complete maintenance and inspection . Ensure the safe power supply and normal operation of the equipment . 遵守设备安全操作规程，完成设备点检和使用登记，保证设备安全供电和正常运行
⚫ Assist supplier and equipment engineer to maintain equipment. 协助设备工程师进完成设备维护和维修
