Deep and enhanced understanding of ADAS-related requirements, functions and components Ability to independently set up and manage a sub-project team in a newly acquired project Deep and enhanced understanding of ADAS related bus systems, communication protocols, interfaces, functions, testing methods and test strategy Profound understanding of development processes and time lines Ability for risk assessment and risk management Lead the team (Module or I-Team) with technical and organizational knowledge Knowledge about Agile development and CI/CD processes and how to use them within the development process Ability to derive definitions, specifications or test plans based on relevant input and requirements Ability to prepare concise technical and management reports and present to customer, suppliers or within the project Escalate to project and/or line organisation when necessary Ability to coordinate the ADAS team internal and arrange work activity correctly and respectively Ability to be the interface to stakeholder teams (e.g., Styling, chassis, HMI/UIUE, EEA, etc.) Ability to support Manager to analyze some potential project technical requirement Ability to have good communication with customer, team internal, stakeholder teams Ability to have the management for the sub team and mitigate the risk or conflict in projects Very rich knowledge for the ADAS function development and ADAS validation/testing process (e.g., MSDS/FOPD/FRS etc. process internal) Rich knowhow for the ADAS test bench with CarMaker, and familiar with ADAS testing facility and equipment Ability to create test scenario in CarMaker and use CAPL language to generate test case Rich knowhow for the ADAS VTS (Vehicle Target Specification), ADAS complete vehicle testing (Vehicle performance testing, Vehicle subjective testing, Vehicle public testing) Experience for the ASEAN NCAP/EU regulation (e.g., R79 03/04, R171) At least 5 years OEM experience for ADAS system and validation Experience for ADAS L2+ experience, at least Highway NOA, and APA Experience for taking the ADAS project team leader in at least 2 projects Knowhow for the stakeholder areas (EEA, Steering system, Braking system, HMI, etc.) Ability to adapt the rapid ADAS technical iterative update in China Ability to balance work and life and control the stress from project Ability to prepare report and present to customer and project lead with good expression Ability to recognize and analyze the risks and issues in advance in project Ability to prioritize project tasks and meet tight deadlines Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders Other reasonable tasks assigned by your manager/authorized person
