Project Manager

作为马士基（A.P. Moller - Maersk）的Project Manager，你将负责推动战略目标的实现，主导项目的选择、优先级排序和交付，确保在预算和时间内达成质量标准和业务目标

Responsible: • Project selection, prioritisation funneling and planning per the Global and Regional targets. • Manages and coordinates business and technical projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementation. • Works with stakeholders to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projects. • Ensures that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting business objectives. • Identifies, analyzes, mitigates, documents, and controls project risks. Provides effective and regular communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management. Identifies resource needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team members. • Supports on the maintenance of overall business plan (Regional priorities roadmap). • Drives change management and support transformation communication plans and supports post BAU adoption. • Preparation of decision materials for key stakeholders including presentation where applicable. • Embeds Operating system. Accountable for: • Successful project implementation as per KPIs. • Successful post BAU adoption. • Change management & communication.
