Hardware System Architecture & Requirements: Bachelor with more than 3 years of experience Prior experience in automotive traction inverter topologies and development (e.g., Single-Inverter, Double-Inverter, Multi-Level Inverter, …..) is preferred; Expertise in translating customer needs into detailed hardware requirements, designing, optimizing, and decomposing robust inverter system architectures. Cross-Functional Integration & Interface Design: Strong ability to define hardware interfaces and collaborate extensively with Mechanical, Software, and System Development teams for seamless integration. Manufacturing & Supplier Coordination: Proficient in managing technical interfaces with internal/external suppliers and coordinating with production to ensure manufacturability and smooth ramp-up. Variant Management & Modular Design: Skilled in developing modular hardware architectures to support product variants efficiently, built upon a common base. Advanced Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: Expert in diagnosing complex hardware issues, performing systematic root cause analysis, and implementing effective corrective actions for production and customer applications.
