✓工作职责
Creation of PCB and inverter bills of material (BOMs) for handover to sample shop and production; PCB and inverter design standardization for HV isolation and air and creepage distance fulfillment; Mass production control within the project's hardware domain (including FMEA, definition of special characteristics, supplier evaluation), supporting material management and sample production activities; Verification of Design artefacts on PCB/PEU level in a high-voltage environment by using modern measurement technologies; Troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions for production line and customer applications; Strong collaboration within the international development network; Schematic integration, collaboration with CAD engineers on layout design, and control & maintenance of electronic components.

Hardware Design & Integration: Bachelor with more than 3 years of experience. Expertise in schematic design, component selection, and power electronics (inverters), with strong collaboration skills for EBI layout, knowledge of international standard for HV isolation. Circuit Analysis & Simulation: Proficient in Worst-Case Analysis (WCA), LV and HV circuit design analysis, and simulation evaluation for robust hardware. Manufacturing & Quality Assurance: Skilled in creating precise BOMs, FMEA, defining special characteristics, and supporting supplier/production quality. Problem Solving & Debugging: Expert in root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and implementing corrective actions for production and field issues. Technical Documentation & Software: Ability to create clear technical documents and utilize relevant design/analysis software. Supply Chain & Production Support: Experience in supporting material management, sample production, and mass production control. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with international, cross-functional teams and vendors. English on a minimum of B2 level is required.
