Standards Definition : Define and implement technical standards, including modular design principles (Baukasten) and documentation practices to ensure consistency and quality across projects. Tool and Technology Selection : Evaluate, select, and implement tools and technologies that enhance the design, development, and testing of eCompressor systems, ensuring alignment with industry trends and organizational goals. Design and Development : Lead the design and development of eCompressor systems Collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers, to integrate eCompressor solutions into existing and new products. Industry Awareness : Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to compressor systems and electric drives. Technical Documentation : Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and management. * Supplier Collaboration : Work with suppliers and partners to source components and materials that meet project specifications and quality standards.
