Deploy the strategy with effective organization and solid road map - Build effective organization to manage a wider variety of requirements from different business units. - Set up effective product/material procurement strategy to satisfy project business/unit business/service business - Sourcing and developing new suppliers in best total cost area - Working closely with global category management as well as procurement functions from other sister companies in China, Maximally use the synergy from different locations to benefit all locations - Working closely with division to optimize product cost (design to cost), Support product transferring from other locations to Andritz China - Partnership with key suppliers with right forecast/lean initiatives/pro-active quality to strengthen key suppliers, maximally using the volume negotiation power to build Frame contract Strong focus on the operational excellence of the leading team - Supervising the leading team’s efficiency & quality of procurement activities - Closely work with quality division, to be leading position to develop supplier performance in terms of cost/delivery/quality - Closely working with operation to support lean initiatives which linked with material services, to reduce material inventory. - Support the project tendering with earlier involvement of sourcing - Implement global initiatives which linked with procurement - Build continuous improvement culture in the leading team, optimizing internal process/procedure to satisfy the changes of business requirement Build Strong Procurement Team Provide ATC/Division management with advice on the supply performance for potential new product/new companies Ensure fully compliance shall be followed in procurement Ensure the national laws/regulations/policies which linked with procurement is followed
