最低要求
Experience: 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or corporate development within the technology sector.
Deal-Making: Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing complex, first-of-their-kind technology partnerships, cloud infrastructure agreements, and data licensing deals in China.
Leadership & Execution: Exceptional cross-functional leadership and program management skills, with the ability to drive alignment across global Engineering, Legal, Government Affairs (GA), and Corporate Development teams.
Language & Communication: Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken), with outstanding executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
工作职责
Market Intelligence & Sourcing: Oversee the research, evaluation, and tracking of frontier products, cloud technologies, and industries of interest to Apple. Partner deeply with Engineering to establish robust sourcing channels and evaluation strategies for platform-level technologies.
Strategic Deal Making: Collaborate with Engineering, GA, and Legal to identify critical external partners. Lead end-to-end business negotiations and manage ongoing partner relationships with major cloud and AI platform providers to enable and scale new services like Apple Intelligence in China.
Data Acquisition & Licensing: Lead business development efforts for complex data acquisition and licensing deals with local partners, ensuring high-quality inputs to train and improve Apple’s software and AI performance in the region.
Safety & Infrastructure Operations Management: Establish and oversee content safety operations and cloud infrastructure integrations in partnership with external vendors, ensuring Apple Intelligence operates securely, reliably, and aligns with both local requirements and Apple’s global standards.
University Research Platform: Manage Apple’s joint research platform across 8 top-tier universities in the region. Formulate Statements of Work (SoWs) with Engineering, lead contractual negotiations, and manage the long-term strategic health of these academic relationships.
Program Management & Execution: Act as the central hub for Apple Intelligence projects in China. Drive cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Corporate Development, Procurement, Legal, and GA to ensure strict adherence to timelines, seamless execution, and successful product launches.

Industry Background: Demonstrated executive leadership experience at—or partnering extensively with—tier-1 internet companies, hyperscale cloud providers, or major technology conglomerates in China.
Domain Expertise: Deep technical fluency and commercial understanding of cloud architecture, AI infrastructure, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Ecosystem Network: A broad, established network within the Greater China tech ecosystem, including industry leaders, startups, and top-tier academic/university research institutions.
Operational Experience: Experience establishing and managing complex external operational partnerships (e.g., content safety operations, cloud services integration) and navigating local regulatory environments.
Advanced Degree: MBA or advanced technical degree (MS/PhD).
