This is a senior technical pre-sales role focused on leading AI transformation engagements for Dynamics 365 Sales & Service solutions. You will work closely with sales and partner teams to drive technical wins, from initial executive briefings to signed deals, primarily for Japan accounts. The core responsibility is to demonstrate and design innovative solutions using Microsoft's business application and AI portfolio to solve customers' complex business challenges.

Technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience
Proven technical knowledge of the Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, and Field Service or comparable enterprise scale customer experience solutions such as Salesforce.
Extensive experience in driving and designing a solution strategy as part of the overall opportunity lifecycle
Proven success demonstrating differentiated solution value and competitive advantage
Delivering customer-facing technical workload demonstrations to enterprise decision makers
Proficient Japanese in speaking and writing
Experience in identifying, driving and successfully landing pipeline and customer solutions in collaboration with sales leaders and team members
Extensive collaboration capabilities with technical pursuit teams designing cloud-based customer solutions
Success working with customers/stakeholders in presales or consulting engagements related to business applications workloads
工作职责
Own the technical win for Dynamics 365 Sales & Service opportunities across Japan Accounts — from first executive briefing to signed deal.
Lead customer envisioning sessions, solution demos, POCs, and Proof-of-Value engagements; translate business problems into compelling 'art of the possible' stories.
Partner with account executives on account planning, qualification, RFP/RFI responses, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning against Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk, HubSpot, FastHelp, and others.
Deliver executive briefings to CFOs, COOs, CIOs at Japan HQ and overseas entity leadership.
Handoff qualified, technically-validated opportunities to SI partners for implementation; you do not lead the delivery.
D365 Sales & Service — AI Agent CRM Storytelling: Demonstrate how AI agents reimagine Customer Experience including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service operations.
Present 1st Party Agents by Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Contact Center, and Field Service.
Leverage Microsoft portfolio such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Office applications such as Outlook and Teams story as one integrated platform.
Leverage Copilot Studio agents for presenting art of possibles using Microsoft Platform and technologies along with Business Applications.
Competitive & Ecosystem Influence: Stay ahead of the Dynamics 365 Sales & Service roadmap, competitive landscape, and agentic AI trends in CRM.
Partner closely with SI partners and ISVs — enable their pre-sales teams, co-present at customer meetings, and drive joint pipeline.
Provide structured feedback to Microsoft product groups from customer engagements.
Represent Microsoft at industry events, executive roundtables, and customer advisory boards.
