This is a Supervisor role in the Food and Beverage department at a 5-star hotel under Galaxy Entertainment. You will coordinate the service team to ensure smooth operations, maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and workplace safety, and serve as a role model for continuous improvement.
Education: High school graduated. F&B related certificate is an added advantage. Experience: 2 years at a 5-star hotel or 3 years at a 4-star hotel or reputable restaurant, 1 year Supervisory level experience. Others: Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin and English, both written and spoken, Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time, Team player.
Assist the outlet Executive Manager/Manager/assistant Manager to coordinate day-to-day operation to ensure the overall smoothness and delivering the prompt service at all times. Serve Food and beverages efficiently according to established standard. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in the work area. Ensure workplace safety practice is adhered to, especially when operating equipment.
