最低要求

University degree in Business Administration or other related disciplines; Pass the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination and IIQE and fulfill the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures Ordinance; Proven experience in retail banking, with strong knowledge of investment products; Excellent interpersonal and communications skills; Sound investment consultation and presentation skills; Proficiency in both English and Chinese; Customer centric mindset and able to manage complex interaction effectively; Shown strong situation awareness, strong desire to learn and able to work in Agile environment; High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers.

工作职责

Lead, execute and proactively implement advanced coaching techniques to motivate and encourage learning and reinforce application within the work place; Provide guidance to insurance specialist in the branches, and also responsible for formulating and implementing tactics/strategies; Monitor and review current sales process in order to improve channel efficiency and customer experience; Enhance capabilities and professionalism of the sales force to improve overall customer satisfaction; Manage the performance and ensure the professionalism and sales quality of team members; Ensure that all control measures relevant to the job are undertaken to minimize risk exposure of the Bank; Adhere to all relevant processes and procedures of the Group compliance policy and internal controls.

Professional qualifications such as CFA, CFP or CFMP; Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB).
