As SVP Insurance at HSBC in Taipei, you will lead the insurance business within the International Wealth and Premier Banking division, driving product strategy, partnership management, and P&L performance. This senior role involves aligning local insurance offerings with global strategy, managing relationships with providers, and ensuring regulatory compliance, while leading a team to achieve sales and retention targets.

最低要求

Fluent English with experience in working in multinational environments and navigating local culture/global expectations

Proven ownership of full bancassurance P&L and demonstrated ability to drive RM productivity across continuum (Retail to Private Banking) and insurance penetration with consistent revenue growth
Experience managing and negotiating with regional/global insurance partners
Solid understanding of local bancassurance regulations and conduct risk while holding strong grasp of protection, savings, and investment linked product economics

工作职责

Drive a culture of customer journey design and adoption in the development of customer solutions and products

Build relationships with regulator and other key financial bodies within Country to ensure regulatory compliance with implementing products
Interact with senior business managers to identify peer company best-in-class service practices and technologies to improve customer experience
Determine the need and monitor our competitive position versus our peers within the assigned customer segment through market research, data warehouse analysis, complaints data and feedback
Analyse information gathered to enhance the implementation of product strategies locally
Lead and develop an effective team through communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices
