最低要求
University degree in Business Management, Banking, Finance or a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
Minimum of 5 years' experience in relationship management, preferably in financial institutions industry with client facing experience (Chinese Corporate Coverage experience preferred)
Passes in HKSI and relevant insurance licensing examinations preferred
Ability to work under pressure independently, with strong self-motivation and growth mind set
Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficiency in English, Chinese and Cantonese
High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers

Manage and develop a portfolio of corporate banking customers to deepen and broaden relationships
Improve loan portfolio mix and maintain loan assets at quality level through credit assessment and monitoring credit risks
Expand customer base to increase market share
Achieve individual business targets and contribute to team performance
