This role serves as the primary point of contact for high net worth and ultra high net worth individual clients, supporting Relationship Managers in deepening client relationships and driving business development. The Client Service Executive Floater provides temporary on-the-ground support to different teams, maintaining service continuity during absences, leaves, or seasonal surges. Core responsibilities include handling client inquiries, ensuring accurate account opening and compliance, assisting with credit applications, and coordinating daily transactions.

最低要求

Minimum of Bachelor degree in business, finance, related field or equivalent experience

Proven and progressive private banking experience or equivalent
Proven customer service, communications, CDD, mathematical, analytical, organizational, and planning skills
Good understanding of the major products or services available in the private banking industry
Credit Skills, ideally obtained in an area dealing with High Net Worth individuals or Business Banking
Technology Skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
A good team player with drive for success and achievement

工作职责

Act as primary point of contact for high net worth or ultra high net worth individual clients externally and internally for flow transactional banking elements.

Support one or more Relationship Managers to deepen client relationships and improve income generation through focused business development activities.
Provide temporary, on-the-ground support to different RM teams, Markets or client portfolios; maintain service continuity during staff absences, leaves, seasonal surges, or special projects.
Maintain highest standard of excellence in client service by attending to client enquiries and requests.
Ensure client account opening documents are complete, accurate, and requirements are met; ensure timely and correct data input.
May be involved in the credit application process by ensuring all credit applications meet deadlines.
Ensure all client-service related activities are fully compliant with processes and procedures.
Assist Relationship Managers in taking orders and preparing daily transactions accurately, promptly, and completely; ensure smooth coordination with processing departments on migrated processes.
