This role is responsible for developing and implementing Taiwan onshore investment strategies, asset allocation guidance, and thematic ideas for private banking and premier wealth clients. You will work closely with the CIO and product teams to drive cross-asset collaboration and create compelling investment content. The position involves both internal and external client engagement, including high-net-worth individual meetings and market outlook events.
最低要求
Significant experience in portfolio strategy, investment research, asset allocation and product selection within wealth management/private banking.
Strong cross-asset market knowledge and ability to translate macro/thematic views into actionable portfolio guidance.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Excellent presentation and writing skills.
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
University degree in a relevant discipline.
Strong quantitative skills; familiarity with data/analytics.
License requirement: Trust L4 and Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Professionals.
工作职责
Investment process and CIO House View implementation (Taiwan onshore)
Develop and implement Taiwan onshore investment strategies, asset allocation guidance and thematic ideas.
Contribute to global/regional investment process to formulate value-adding portfolio strategies.
Drive local CIO-led end-to-end process via a Taiwan investment committee.
Deliver frontline training on SAA/TAA, Core–Satellite framework and Portfolio Based Approach.
Contribute to Sustainable Investment Strategy delivery.
Multi-asset product fulfilment and cross-asset collaboration
Drive cross-asset collaboration with Wealth Product teams for product fulfilment planning.
Identify best-in-class investment products for multi-asset allocation.
Monitor investment performance and recommend adjustments.
Work with fund house partners and capital markets vendors.
Content creation and distribution (Mandarin & English)
Lead onshore investment content creation.
Contribute local market insights into CIO publications.
Develop client-friendly CIO materials.
Provide Mandarin and English materials and training.
Partner with digital/content teams for distribution.
Internal and external marketing / client engagement
Communicate CIO House View through events and client meetings.
Provide bespoke CIO advisory to UHNW/Family Office clients.
Build thought leadership and public profile.
Support Net New Money generation and client acquisition.
Drive internal marketing via weekly meetings.
Ensure consistent 'One Voice' communication.
