This role leads product strategy and delivery for digital assets within HSBC's Securities Services, focusing on tokenised securities and digital asset custody. 最低要求

Significant relevant experience in product management, change delivery, onboarding/migrations or platform build in securities / fund administration / fund middle office / custody environments

Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the securities market and the associated market infrastructure for Fund Administration, Fund Middle Office and Custody business, with awareness of emerging market structures supporting tokenised assets and digital asset custody
General awareness of business, regulatory and technology change within investment management is essential, including digital assets and currencies developments relevant to Securities Services
Good technical aptitude, including excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint/Excel)

工作职责

Sustained engagement with regulators, consortiums, industry groups and strategic providers

Represent HSBC appropriately in region with senior counterparts
Identify partnership opportunities and ecosystem risks early
Define and drive digital assets strategy, priorities and roadmap
Lead product discovery and early-stage definition activities
Define partnership strategy and support provider selection and governance
Implement product governance and reporting cadence
Support delivery of strategic product solution initiatives
Ensure integration of all business functions
Translate product objectives into clear delivery scope for Technology and Programme Management
Define effective business requirements and ensure sign-off
Define target operating model impacts and change requirements
Support definition of testing approach and acceptance criteria
Define and drive go-to-market planning with stakeholders
Support benefits identification, modelling and tracking
Understanding of regulatory and compliance environment

优先资格

University graduate preferably in business administration, information technology or a similar discipline

Familiarity with structured requirements management and delivery tooling is beneficial
