This role involves managing product propositions and marketing initiatives for life insurance products at Hang Seng Bank. You will lead product launches, develop marketing materials, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with digital and distribution teams. The position requires a strong background in insurance, marketing, and stakeholder management.

最低要求

University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related disciplines

Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience with exposure to insurance industry, bancassurance experience will be an advantage
Good sense of ownership, able to work diligently and have a positive mindset
Good insurance product knowledge
Experience in managing risk-control stakeholders is highly preferred
Strong problem solving and communication skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Proficiency in both English and Chinese

工作职责

Execute and take ownership in all insurance product marketing initiatives including but not limited to new product launches and product revamps, development of product collateral, translation and layout of product selling guide, portfolio factsheets and relevant regulatory disclosures to customers.

Assist to develop the overall product proposition from customer needs, its core benefit and payoff with its clear differentiation.
Ensure compliance with all respective IA and HKMA requirements while adhering to best practices within the Bank.
Take ownership of the product content scope in the public website. Collaborate directly with the Digital Team on product content and relevant internal sales platform, to ensure compliance with all regulatory disclosures, including dividend ratios, etc.
Manage the governance process for product materials for relevant first line and second line stakeholders as well as applicable approval forums.
Collaborate internally with key stakeholders in the Bank and HSIC, to ensure the smooth execution of initiatives in both online and offline product marketing materials.
Conduct regular review of product marketing materials.
Address and manage regulatory and audit actions as appropriate.
Collaborate with HSIC Distribution Department to manage the product marketing budget, support marketing budget management, including vendor management, procurement, vendor payments, and cross-department transfers and product marketing budget plan approvals.
Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned, in alignment with the direction of the Bank, Group Insurance and HSIC.

Bancassurance experience will be an advantage

Experience in managing risk-control stakeholders is highly preferred
