This is a Senior EB Product and Propositions Manager role at HSBC in Hong Kong. You will lead the product governance and distribution of employee benefits products, support strategy development, and manage pre-sales processes. 工作职责

Support department head to develop and execute business vision and strategies in line with overall business objectives and targets

Lead the control, proposition and governance of the EB products for the department. Owner of the product and distribution materials
Manage the distribution support across distribution channels of EB products
Monitor daily processes to streamline the pre-sales processes and workflows
Contribute to the development of new distribution model and business sources

With technical knowledge or experience in price underwriting of EB products will be an advantage
