关于这个职位
负责中国大陆地区外汇期权及贵金属期权业务的定价、风险管理及做市交易
需开发技术交易工具，提升营收与客户覆盖率，执行交易并监控风险敞口，确保合规操作与日常对账，为客户提供专业的金融市场解决方案
最低要求
Prior G10 and/or EM trading knowledge (pricing & risk management).
Degree in a numerical/quantitative subject.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
Mindset and track record challenging the status quo and improving operational efficiency.
Track record working in global team and dealing with a diverse group of stakeholders.
Computer literate, Python coding skills is optional but advantageous.
Fluency in English and second language is preferable
工作职责
Pricing and risk management of the FX Options business in Mainland China
Drives the development of business initiatives with regard to the development of technical trading tools.
Generate ideas and solutions to increase revenue generation, market share and hit ratios.
Provides timely and accurate dealing services for clients in the assigned area of FXO trading expertise.
Manages the firm’s inventory and trading risk under supervision and as assigned in compliance with all applicable regulation within a given business area and within desk limit structure.
Deliver fair outcomes for customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
Provides consistent pricing and market making to sales force and target clients
Executes firm and customers' trades in accordance with desk Volcker designation and may contribute to the formulation of trading strategies.
Ensures all trades are booked to front office position keeping system on the day they are executed
Reconciles daily and/or monthly reports, as assigned.
Ability to work efficiently with members of the FX team.
Ability to communicate effectively with other stakeholders.
Increase brand equity & build internal network of contacts
Oversee development of monitoring and relevant reconciliation tools to ensure effective controls.
Help input controls to mitigate operational losses
Ensure full understanding of products and how to book them
