This Sourcing Specialist role at Qualcomm supports the US Sourcing team in developing supplier strategies for the Test roadmap. 工作职责
Foster strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a robust and competitive supply chain. Negotiate costs for quotes or align to LTAs to ensure favorable pricing, lead times, and quality requirements are met. Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies to optimize the procurement process and achieve cost reduction targets. Oversee the creation, tracking, and fulfillment of purchase orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. Evaluate and mitigate supply chain risks by creating contingency plans and ensuring suppliers adhere to quality standards. Collaborate with engineering, program management, and planning teams to align sourcing strategies with project timelines. Prepare and align forecasts with suppliers, monitoring capacity to meet demand. Support the Supplier Scorecard process to evaluate and improve supplier performance. Monitor supplier performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvement plans as necessary. Execute individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in line with established processes, with minimal supervision. Adapt to moderate changes and setbacks to manage pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
