Manage general ledger, fixed assets, payroll, accruals, amortization, and intercompany transactions.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Prepare account reconciliations and financial reports. Review account reconciliations and financial reports. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities. Ensure compliance with USGAAP, IFRS, Eaton policies and local statutory requirements. Support transitions and migrations. Support ERP implementations and changes (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Identify and implement best practices. Partner with managers, controllers, and cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives.
