Own, develop and execute MTL South and East China orders and sales plans, profit plan process and growth strategies to achieve sales targets and market growth
Develop team management strategy and deploy team resources on sales mapping; Develop teammember's competence Develop related key account for long term business cooperation, include DCS, EPC, OEM, DI and end user Develop Channel partner at related territory, team working to take full coverage and service to key account Develop and monitor strategy planning for overseas projects development and mega projects Documents, tracks and reports on progress to management on performance review, regular growth review and ROP review. Regularly report sales performance and market dynamics to leadership Provide after sales service, satisify customer's reasonable requirement related MTL business. Lead and develop the team and succession, providing training, guidance, coaching to ensure team members meet / exceeding financial and aspirational goals. Guide discipline/performance management process as necessary. Build up the high performance team with culture of inclusion, growth and collaboration.
