This role manages inventory planning and execution for Coupang's Taiwan operations, ensuring the right products are in stock at the right time. + years of relevant work experience in Demand Forecasting, Ordering, Procurement, Inventory Management and Supply Chain.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain-related fields.
Demonstrated ability to partner with vendors to deliver business results.
Superior oral and written communication skills with attention to detail, and ability to influence without authority.
Passion to grow and take on increasing responsibility and challenges.
Ability to set high standards and drive others to excellence.
Ability to effectively use data to complete analyses. Strong Excel proficiency required, SQL and other technical skills are a plus.
Ability to set lofty goals with relentless drive and ownership.
Experience collaborating with Sales and Operations stakeholders; e-Commerce and/or Retail industry preferred.
Mandarin and English language proficiency required.

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure customer in-stock and vendor needs are surpassed.
Drive business growth by ensuring desired items are always in-stock and sufficiently stocked.
Partner with vendors to optimize lead-time, fill-rate, and other metrics.
Utilize data to prioritize impactful actions and deliver key results.
Dive deep to identify root causes of issues, develop and implement solutions.
Manage ordering process and systems to balance competing priorities.
Guide development of processes and controls to monitor and improve Forecasting, Inbound, and Inventory Management systems.
