Maintain good relationship with fleet customers through efficient quotations, orders taking, order follow-up and parts deliveries.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of parts and components.
Report and follow up with suppliers on parts defects / missing claim and parts catalogue errors.
Facilitate communication between the workshop team and parts team to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain organized and efficient storage of parts in compliance with safety standards
Conduct regular audits of inventory and assist in inventory control processes.
Prepare reports on inventory status, parts usage, and pricing strategies for management review.
Other ad-hoc projects upon request.
