ASML is seeking a data analytics engineer to drive digital transformation in manufacturing operations using data, automation, and AI. You will develop AI solutions such as visual inspection, predictive analytics, and agentic AI to solve real manufacturing challenges. Education and experience:

Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Automation, or related disciplines.
Experience in data analytics, automation, or digital transformation projects.
Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or high-tech industries.
Hands-on experience with:
Computer Vision and AI Visual Inspection
Predictive Maintenance or Predictive Analytics
Generative AI and Knowledge Management solutions
Process Mining and Workflow Automation
Azure AI Services or Microsoft AI ecosystem
Experience delivering AI solutions from concept through production deployment.
Familiarity with agile development and project management methodologies.
Skills:
Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and practical applications in manufacturing or business processes.
Experience with one or more of the following: Python / SQL/ Power BI/ Microsoft Power Platform / Machine Learning frameworks /Computer Vision solutions / Microsoft Copilot / AI Agent technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional international teams.
Strong communication skills in English.

Role and responsibilities:

Provide support in insight generation, data analytics, and digital transformation projects across manufacturing operations.
Develop and implement scalable AI solutions to improve operational efficiency, quality, and decision-making.
Lead or support AI-driven initiatives, including:
AI Visual Inspection
Microsoft Copilot Agents and Agentic AI solutions
Knowledge Management platforms and enterprise search solutions
Predictive Analytics and data-driven decision support
Process Automation and workflow digitization
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools to enhance visibility and operational insights.
Drive proof-of-concept (PoC), pilot projects, and industrialization of digital solutions from ideation to deployment.
Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, computer vision, and automation platforms.
Promote data governance, solution scalability, and best practices in digital manufacturing.
