This is an operational planning role at ASML in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. You will coordinate order management, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes. You will work with stakeholders and mentor junior colleagues, requiring a Master's degree in supply chain, industrial engineering, or business administration.

工作职责

### Order Management

Coordinates Order Management in our IT system for executing parties. Executes required activities, identifies and participates in improvement projects within sector.
### Resolving issues
Resolves operational issues (e.g. location, quantity mismatches, etc.), checks and shares answers with operational departments and performs a deep dive to prevent reoccurrence.
### Tracking, Reporting & Analytics
Collects and interprets data from multiple sources supporting and steering operational activities and occasional deepdive or with increased scope.
### Stakeholder Management
Actively maintains relationships with direct counterparts at own level. Is able to convince stakeholders on TL/GL level on more complex issues e.g. process improvements or conflicting interests.
### Operational planning systems and tooling
Understands and works with established operational planning systems to achieve specific goals within area of responsibility. Reports issues, ideas or suggestions for enhancement of existing tools and methods and drives improvements. Is able to identify and gather the relevant data inputs to improve the planning parameters.
### Continuous Improvement
Solves problems in a structured way using problem solving methods. Standardizes own team scope. Leads medium sized projects (e.g. A3 lean methology) and contributes to larger projects led by others.
